DIRECTIONS:

From Interstate 64: Take the Greenbrier Parkway SOUTH exit. Travel south on Greenbrier Pkwy. and cross over Kempsville Rd. where it then becomes Butts Station Rd. Continue on Butts Station Rd. and turn right onto Clearfield Ave.  Continue on Clearfield Ave. and turn left onto Network Station. Turn at the first left onto Innovation Dr.  7 Cities Sports is located in the fourth building on the left.

From Interstate 464:  Travel on I-464 and merge onto 168 South. Take the first exit on 168 South (Great Bridge Blvd). Make a left at the end of the off-ramp onto Great Bridge Blvd. Continue on Great Bridge Blvd. and cross  Battlefield Blvd. where it then becomes Kempsville Rd. Continue on Kempsville Rd. and turn right onto Clearfield Ave. Continue on Clearfield Ave. and turn at the second right onto Network Station. Turn at the first left onto Innovation Dr.  7 Cities Sports is located in the fourth building on the left.

From Elbow Rd:  Travel on Elbow Rd. towards Chesapeake until it ends.  Turn right onto Butts Station Road. Travel on Butts Station Rd. and turn left onto Clearfield Ave. Continue on Clearfield Ave. and turn left onto Network Station. Turn at the first left onto Innovation Dr. 7 Cities Sports is located in the fourth building on the left.

From 168 North:  Exit onto Kempsville Road. Turn at the first right onto Clearfield Avenue. Continue on Clearfield and turn at the second right onto Network Station. Turn at the first left onto Innovation Drive. 7 Cities Sports is located in the fourth building on the left.
