Sports Performance Training
7 Cities Sports Performance Training is intense, hard-core training provided in our state of the art sports training facility (coming soon). We offer performance training designed solely to make the athlete faster, stronger, more agile and explosive. We also offer sport-specific training, designed to target athletic ability in the sport in which the athlete competes. We are not a health club; it is a functional sports training center for people to maximize their athletic potential. From scholastic athletes looking to improve a basic skill set to the professional athlete on a regimented work-out program and all points in between, we strive to accommodate each athlete’s individual needs.
7 Cities Sports’ coaches have first-hand knowledge of what it takes to excel to the next level. Programs are designed to help each scholastic student-athlete reach and exceed their personal training goals. Regardless of which program a scholastic student-athlete decides to utilize, we promise the following features: character development, nutritional advice and sport-specific program development.
